FISA Commission the Agbele Hill Statue; First of its kind..

Yesterday was a joyous moment when the apex Student body of Igbeti Community (Olorunsogo Local Government) a town in the Oke-Ogun Axis of Oyo State, Federation of Igbeti Students' Association (FISA) executive unveil the great Agbele Hill Statue.

The 2019/2020 Administration Led by Comrade Akande Elijah unveil their capital project yesterday, Agbele Hill is one of the historic rock in the history of Igbeti, as it's being use viral to represent the town dignity and of course it is use as the logo of the Local Government Authority.

The Programme started few minutes after 10:00am yesterday, with the presence of notable personalities and prominent people from the community, among them are Care-taker Chairman of the Local Government Authority, The Secretary for the Local Government Authority, Baba Laje of Igbeti Land, National Union of Teachers (NUT) Olorosungo LG Branch Chairman, Igbeti-Toro Chairman, Igbeti Toro Secretary & Treasurer, The Pioneer President of FISA and many more.

The Pioneer President of FISA Hon. Ganiyu Alawode admonish the student body as a whole to continue being in unity and also urge the community to always help the student body whenever there is need to.

The Baba Laje of Igbeti Land Alh. Tijani Jimoh talks more about unity in the community, he urge us to leave religion difference, and to cater for our brothers rather than drawing ourselves down, while he appreciate the artist behind the creation of the status and the FISA executives.

Also the Care-Taker Chairman Olorunsogo LG Chief. David Ayantunde Ayandeyi speaks on being united as a whole too, and he elaborate more on what his administration have done so far, starting from their day 01 in office, little among what he stated was;

Payment of 25Million Scholarship fund to cater for 5 student to study at THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, IBADAN, OYO STATE
Payment of more than 160 JAMB Registration Students fee
Creating an access route from ARIJE AREA to KONDORO area to encompass the great IYAMOPO HILL

After that, the Care-Taker Chairman give the student body a plot of land for the construction of their secretariat at their place of choice in the community.
In conclusion of his speech he promise the whole student body that their bursary will be made available before the end of the year.
