Why pass that Aggression? 🤷🤷🤷🤷 - OLUWAFUNMITO OJO
I understand fully well that trying to maintain a good sanity with people can be so demanding!
Imagine a lady facing so many adversity, do you expect her to be in the right state of mind? Will she be coordinated with ways of life? Obviously no, you can't expect such a person only if she have a good orientation about life i.e how to live life and the "special Grace" to comport herself.
Challenges can affect our mental health and if care is not taken, such a person can become a sadist for life.
My third year in the university, was a short semester because we had to wait for our results after the second year before crossing to the clinical level, hence that makes the third year semester short.
All my activities were congested and it affected my mental health, I look very stressed out and there were some responsibility I couldn't wave off, I was very occupied, no chance to rest very well then I realise I've been reacting badly to people, I snob, yelled, I was almost at the verge of insulting people. Then, a friend called me to order, he ask me some questions after which he demand I rest my brain, with the understanding that I was in need of rest. Thank God for him, I was able to retreat for some days then I realised I had offended some people which they were already doubting my personality they know, I have to call and beg.
I let them have a rethink of me then someone told me something which I will never let the words die . He said, "no matter what you going through, never ever pass aggression on people, because people deserve to be treated well and to be happy", and ever since then, I always think about that statement.
If you're going through pressure, relax, retreat and know that you can go through it without insulting, snobbing, yelling at people. Do well to take your time.
Do you know that any challenges you're facing it will surely bring out the best version of you?
I sincerely love you, you are not alone!
Remember, people deserve to be treated well and people deserve to be happy ,no matter the challenges you're facing you are better than that!.
