My Birthday! My Special Day! - Bello K Sofiyat

A birthday is the anniversary of the birth of a person, or figuratively of an institution. Birthdays of people are celebrated in numerous cultures, often with birthday gifts, birthday cards, a birthday party, or a rite of passage.

          Birthdays are a special time of year. They remind us that we’re growing older, but they also symbolize how far we’ve come.

     They’re a cause for celebration and a great excuse to show someone how much you appreciate them. When we celebrate someone’s birthday we’re not only celebrating the length of their life, but we celebrate how much they’ve grown in the past year.

Birthdays are important because they give everyone a day to feel special and see how much those around them love them.

     we all know our birthday is a special day for us, but I want to ask you, WHAT DID YOU ALWAYS DO ON YOUR BIRTHDAY? Do you party? Do you paint the town red?, did you just seat at home and just sleep?, or did you just do a photoshoot and post it?.

      Do you know things you do on your birthday is very important, that's why you have to caution yourself on what you do on your birthday, birthday suppose to be a day you give thanks to the Almighty for keeping you alive till that day, you just don't commit more sins on that day, make people happy on your birthday, give alms, help the needy, do what make the Almighty happy and you will see the difference in the past years you've been painting the town red to the year you start to do goods on your birthday.

      Please do not misquote me, I did not say you should not have fun or enjoy yourself on your birthday, what am pointing out is for you to appreciate God for being alive.
